Chris visits with chef Cedric Hosy, a native of France and owner of Chocolatine. Cedric received his formal training in Baking and Pastry Arts in Lyon. All the pastries and desserts look mouth wateringly delicious. The nutella and pistachio round croissants are a Tik Tok viral sensation. The bakery gets the rare but deserved 5 star Yelp rating!
