Local ties: My family lives in 2 cities within Morris County and there is a connection through my brother, Jay Oliva, who owns and operates NJ Coed Sports as he is also a co-founder of Rosie Cleans.

Community causes: We support an Alabama based organization who builds homes in Mexico and supports orphanages in that area. Blake and I spend our vacation time traveling abroad to be part of humanitarian aid projects.

About Cecilia: Co-founder and Marketing Director of Rosie Cleans, with over 20 years of sales experience in the fashion and home trend forecasting industry in NYC. As an avid world traveler, she and her husband, Blake spend their free time doing missionary work serving impoverished communities. They focus on areas such as the empowerment of women through production and sustainability. Through this, she co-founded a social enterprise with Peruvian artisan knitters to promote slow fashion, fair pay, and love for the environment. She continues this entrepreneurial spirit and human empowerment in founding Rosie Cleans.

Quirky Stat: I competed in Las Vegas in the National Championship of American Pool League of America (APA Pool League) with my pool league. Shooting pool is one of my passions. :)

Best moment as a business owner: satisfaction in knowing that our customers appreciate our service and that we're able to pay our workers more than above average wages, which is a rare case in this industry.

Favorite activity in New Jersey: visit its many beaches and attend local outdoor summer festivals
