This week, we travel to Denville to talk to chef Tommy Pollio about all things pasta. Born and raised in Denville, Tommy wanted to bring handmade pastas to his hometown. All of his pastas are handmade in house (which you can watch from the front window) and priced at a tremendous value. We were treated to some of his hits with mozzarella sticks, linguine with clams, rigatoni alla vodka and finally the best cannoli that we have ever had. The food blew us away and Tommy believes in supporting other local businesses and the community. If you haven't been to the Pasta Shop, you are in for a treat!
